On Friday, members of the Cayce Police Department with members of the Woman’s Club of Cayce celebrated the birthday of fallen Cayce Police Officer Roy “Drew” Barr. The group celebrated in Drew’s honor by sharing lunch, smiles, stories, some tears, and a memorial balloon release (biodegradable)in celebration of his life.
