Most of Cayce Riverwalk has been reopened

With the return of the sun, there is some good news.

After some hard work by the Cayce Parks Department, Phase 1 and 2 (Blossom Street bridge to Cayce Cove) are open. As is Phase 4 and the Timmerman Trail.
